Pennsylvania, 1979. The costliest, most controversial highway project in state history becomes a magnet for protests, litigation, political corruption, bribery, blackmail…and murder. The lives, and deaths, of a strange cast of fellow travelers intersect in and around the troubled, but enormously lucrative, Interstate 476.
